Incorrect Goods Supplied by Comcen
We will arrange collection of these goods, and your account will be
credited once they have arrived back in our warehouse.
Faulty Goods
We will collect faulty goods within 30 days of the invoice date. However,
after that time the customer is responsible for sending the goods
back to us. We offer a credit or replacement product, whichever is
required.
The warranty for hardware products which become faulty after one month is usually direct with the manufacturer. Quite often the manufacturer will not deal with Comcen but the end-user only. However, we are always available to help in any way that we can, should the warranty process be complicated or the time scale involved unacceptable.
Wrong Goods Ordered by Customer
Where possible we will try and take these products back.
However, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods
to us at their cost. Also, the customer needs to ensure that they
are in mint condition and adequately packaged prior to their return.
